Have You Seen My Ads

Have you seen my ads yet.As a mother of 2 and a great man and support system starting a shopify store was very easy at first. Now that we are over a month in we have been able to make more direct sales then online sales. Now I could have cried like a the brat I am but I am a strong Scorpio woman so I started stinging things.Yes my stinger attitude was in full swing for the last 4 weeks.I had my website examined by online web masters or what ever they claimed to be.I got my SEO right my boyfriend joined Tecademics and we got so much awesome information and still not many online sales. Now I am a very patient person and had too look at my real results.I didnt realize the things that we was doing right. We are just building the foundation and its very strong.I only been at it for 5 weeks and was expecting some type of viral Michael Jackson Moonwalk shocking results. You probably heard about the night MJ did the Moonwalk people was acting like he could fly and was automatically a God.Well I stopped from worrying so much and trying different sales ideas and had to appreciate myself.Yup I had to step back and say damn I am doing a great job we offer our own designs and others on a store that my whole family had an input in.I am doing great and we are not going to stop.I mean hundreds of women a day visit our store by google search not even from my ads.I mean that alone proves the SEO is set up right unless somebody had time to search 100 pages to find us.But honestly whats a dream without snoring in it .That last statement was a bad idea I instantly thought to myself that a dream without snores is a single women sleeping but ok lol.But whats a journey without rocks in the road and who are you on the journey. Are you prepared to fix flat tires and take the stress of a loss and dang it I am ready. So as usual I write a 10 foot paragraph venting my mind to the word and will update with you guys later.Oh and reply if you seen my ads or not.

Charkol- Activated Charcoal Product Store

Hello folks.I was shopping for a natural teeth whitener after hearing about what flouride was really doing to my entire body and I found a website. The website was fairly new but I ordered a free sample and just paid shipping.Ok so I was not expecting any results for a couple of weeks so I really didnt look.I would say after 3 days I looked in the mirror to put my contacts in and I was shocked. Now my level of shock was at Tom Brady walking out of a Starbucks while his team is in the 4th quarter on Primetime Television. Now I stepped back and grabbed my phone to find a selfie of me smiling. After a good 5 minutes I realized that I don’t smile much in pictures.Anyway I finally found a photo and saw my yellowish clean smile verse my stain free bright shining smile.Ok so now I’m all about this charcoal powder.I go on Facebook and see a Carbon Coco ad and said hey let me order of their can because they are on fire.I get my new can and paid alot compared to Free at Charkol’s store. Then I compared the 2 and there is no difference at all.I mean If Carbon Coco was Mcdonalds then I guess Charkol is like Checkers or White Castle.I say that in a mind that they all sell food 1 is just more popular and have a right to charge more. But after reading into activated charcoal there is very few variations they can add to the powder. Now what I have seen is the different types of products in that industry.Activated Charcoal is now being used in vacuum filters, water purifiers and even air fresheners that pull bad stuff and smelly smells out the air.I wish that I did a before and after photo and even did a video but I hate talking on cam.But my conclusion is that any Activated Charcoal will work for you.The price means that the company you choose has a loyal support system of customers and have a proven reputation. So I choose Charkol.Store because they are new and their prices are affordable and they haven’t gotten grown and sassy enough to raise their prices on consumers yet. So give Activated Charcoal a try we did offer it after I used it for a little while but we sell clothing and beauty products and people dont think teeth whiteners are beauty products so we removed it from our store,Well at least I told you where to get yours today…for free.

Yoga for An Awesome Sleep

I feel like I’ve been making Yoga for Bed Time routines for-ev-ah. . well, since 2007 which is 10 years of creating the yoga for the internet. And let me remind you, 10 years ago, that was super edgy, people throwing their yoga blocks at me and stuff, scandalous. Now, it’s obvious. Yoga in bed. Yoga to sleep better. Yoga to wake up better. Yoga in bed because it’s amazing. Yes please!

To be honest, I actually do yoga in bed most nights to work out the physical and mental kinks. My bedroom is my non-digital zone of womb like magic. My creativity, vitality and wellbeing soar when I install my bedtime rituals and now that Miss Daisy is snoozing next to our bed, in her little bassinet, I am reminded how essential this peaceful time to renew really is.

Here is a throw back Yoga in Bed routine that I made on our honeymoon. Camera man is Mike obviously. Camera was something vintage with a tape in it or something.

Our friends at MindBodyGreen came over to ask me my 10 Bedroom Essentials to create the space. Enjoy that post (and more picture of Daisy lets be real)

Back to Bed

castaneda

First pose isn’t actually a pose, it’s a book. It’s important for me to shut down the digital day and pick up something a bit magical to start the night time drift. Our bedroom shelves are stuffed with mind expansion, cosmos, psychedelic pages. I can just grab something, read a while and ride an inspiration trail.

Meditation

meditation

Putting the book down, I can drift into a brief meditation. Simply 10 – 20 breaths is enough to check in and see what the heck is really going on in there. If I need more, I go for more.

Seated Twist

unspecified-4

Grab a knee with love and spin it up and around like a candy cane. With Strala we guide three parts, being, moving and healing. I love to imagine healing and an outward spin of being really really really well. No ending or cap on how well we can be. The twist takes me there. Ride it.

Side Stretch

unspecified-1

Easy as pie. Open a leg up, lean over, roll around, breathe deep and keep the movements flowing. It’s not a pose, it’s a flow. Keep rolling with the tide, no endpoints.

Pigeon

unspecified-3

The stuff is in the hips. Pigeon gets it moving where it needs to go if it’s in the wrong place. Like unclogging the traffic jam. Breathe extra deep for this one.

Sleep

unspecified-6

Now we’re ready. Enjoy and dream big.

Ideas for beautiful dresses with fascinator

In Great Britain, the headdress has long been a popular accessory for weddings, but the fascinator is becoming more and more popular. Not only wedding guests but also brides adorn their head with the hat-like structure, which seems to float above the hair. If you are looking for a trendy alternative for veil or hat, the Fascinator could be the right accessory for you.

Fascinator in all colors and shapes

However different the creations are in the hat fashion, they are so different in the fascinator. The arrangements can be made of different materials, such as lace, fabric or feathers, they can be kept simple or beautifully decorated with pearls, rhinestones or sequins. They are attached with a hairpin, a hairline or a comb. Which model you choose should depend on the rest of your bridal outfit, and if you prefer subtle, romantic or glamorous.

Bridal dresses with Fascinator: styling tips

Whether long or short hair, curly or smooth, basically fits a fascinator to all bridal dresses. If you are more reserved, a fascinator for plug-in or the hairline is a good solution for you. Decorated with pearls or feathers, you can put an elegant accent, decorate a flower or lace the structure, the romantic and playful.

For a touch of extravagance choose a fascinator from white or cream tulle or fabric, which is provided with a facial net. This variant is a modern alternative to the classic bridal veil. No matter which variant you choose: Make sure that the fabric of the fascinator or its ornaments in the wedding dress is restored.

Meet the Women Starting the Next Sexual Revolution

How three women are fighting the patriarchy by reclaiming sexual health as a progressive, intersectional, and inclusive wellness movement.

By:Corynne Cirilli

Eight hundred and fifty people flocked to midtown Manhattan on Sunday April 30 for a day of reproductive health initiatives. But Cycles + Sex was not the kind of “reproductive health” class many of squirmed through in sophomore year health class.

From period cups and nipple clamps to reproductive rights and preparing for childbirth, event founders Lauren Bille (partner of The Big Quiet) and Natalia Hailes and Ashley Spivak (birth doulas and co-founders of Brilliant Bodies) invited health professionals, celebrities, and activists together for a day of game-changing information relating to women’s health.

“We are humbled, amazed, and blown away by the positive, welcoming, safe energy that buzzed throughout the whole day,” says Bille of the event.

She chalks the turnout up to the fact that so many people are “desperate” for a different approach when it comes to sexual health. “Attendees hung onto the programming like their life depended on it,” she reveals. “And it does. We’ve never seen anything like this. It was a sacred space.”

Celebrity and film producer Ricki Lake drew a crowd when she previewed her new documentary “Sweetening the Pill,” directed by Abby Epstein.  Other popular attractions included a keynote speech from FloLiving founder Alisa Vitti and panels like “Gender As Distinct from Genitals” with queer activist Ericka Hart and “Finally The Female Orgasm” with Mal Harrison.

The place was popping!” added Hailes.

Spivak says the turnout only confirmed what she and her co-founders have known all along: “It’s clear there’s a huge hunger for this information. The reproductive health and sex industry needs a rebranding which uncovers the values and ideals of our generation.”

Let’s Talk About Sex

When speaking with women about reproductive health, Hailes says they frequently encounter common themes of disconnection and dismissiveness. “Sadly, we hear often from women that they went to the doctor because they felt something was off,” only to have their symptoms normalized. “Some women have to spend months or years going to multiple practitioners until someone will finally take them seriously.”

Cycles + Sex was a reaction to a health industry crisis, where women’s health issues are often ignored or solutions relegated to the “holistic” sphere. (You know, the types of treatments insurance doesn’t cover.)

“Part of Brilliant Bodies’ mission has always been about creating solutions for gaps in the reproductive health space,” adds Hailes. And while companies like Thinx and Cora have recently put period-related products on the center stage, Hailes insists, “We can’t just talk about periods without talking about the importance of the whole cycle. Without talking about our hormones, sex, birth… all of it.”

“All of it” includes the current political climate and the increased attack on women’s reproductive rights as well. “After the election,” Hailes says, “we realized we had to act fast.”

Bringing It Together

“The future of our country is intersectional, more open, more equal  and it will only continue to evolve with the generations coming up,” says Bille, proudly noting that the Cycles + Sex event reflected that diversity.

Yet, “the current administration is being run by old-school, mostly white, men. These folks are stuck in the colonized systematic American model that is not inclusive, fair, empowering or progressive. There is a big clash. And basic human rights are under threat. Reproductive rights are under threat.”

Bille believes wellness has a place in “the surge of activism that’s been bubbling since the election amongst intersectional progressives, for lack of better words.”

The political movement that’s forming is “positive, open, and focused on people raising each other up,” says Bille. At the same time, “wellness is on the rise, empowerment of targeted groups is trending, and [topics like] menstruation, transgender rights, and health care for all are becoming more normal to discuss.”

By offering “one common, connected message of health, wellness, and rights, we wanted to bring it all together.”

So after the success of this event, what’s next? “We are all passionate about this work,” explains Spivak. “It’s a great start to reclaiming our power. And you will definitely see a future for Cycles + Sex. Stay tuned!”

Free podcasts of the panel will be available to those who couldn’t be in New York City for the event. Go to CyclesandSex.com for more.
